As an Account Manager with The BOSS Group:
- You will drive, manage and grow business by actively seeking leads, qualifying prospects, conducting cold calls and giving sales presentations
- You must hit specific activity benchmarks and be able to close business
- You possess the ability to open doors, develop rapport, establish trust and build quality strategic relationships
- Network, Network, Network – at industry events, online, in line at the grocery store, you are always making contacts
- You must be adaptable, trainable, coach-able and focused; great sense of humors welcome (egos should be left at home)
- You're on the phone so much people think it's part of you
- You will show up each day with a list of contacts in mind
You Must:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in related field (candidates without a degree will not be considered)
- Demonstrate a track record of success in sales with the proven ability to negotiate and close
- Radiate initiative, motivation and the drive to succeed
- Play in the interactive space; you Facebook and Tweet, of course you’re Linkedin and you’re always on the lookout for the next great web 2.0 experience
- Experience working with creative, interactive and/or marketing communications verticals is strongly desired
- Be technically savvy; you can tweak PowerPoint presentations and you know your way around databases; we’re a Mac environment so if you’ve got that down it’s a nice bonus
- Possess a valid drivers license
